I traded in a lens to get this cult auto-focus rangefinder.  It’s silent and has an f2 35mm fixed lens. Bizarre. Lens looks sharp and contrasty so far.

About three weeks ago, Sam and I headed off to play a show in Brisbane.  New camera tagged along.

Making photos in plane bathrooms.

And Sam caught mid hulk transformation as we step off into Brisvegas - 27 and Stormy.

That night we played pool with a couple of the radio hosts from 4zzz who were at the gig we were djing at. 

Also the guys from Bleeding Knees Club. 

(I fucking flogged them, by the way)

Aside from a pool table, the green room also had these rad giant bright mirrors in the ladies bathroom.  Couldn’t resist. Lens kicks ass even at f2.

We managed to grab some leisure time too.

Went to see this Diana Thater Chernobyl exhibition at the Brisbane IMA

Back in Melbourne. Still shooting sporadically.

Still working out the focus:

Went in to the Opulent studio quite a bit to finish our JJJ mix which was on last saturday. I really liked that mix actually.

I got a flash too. Testing it out yielded some pretty special results.  Mostly of TP losing her shit as she tried to produce something resembling a 21st speech while blowing 0.5 conservatively.
